Go cashless. Without a terminal at every bar.
QR wristbands instead of drink tokens. Cashier and bar run on your phones – even without signal.
- Runs on your phones
- Works offline
- Money straight to your account
Sound familiar?
Queues because of change
Every drink takes longer because someone counts, changes and hands out receipts.
A fee on every drink
A card terminal at every bar charges each €4.50 drink separately.
Counting cash at 3 am
Receipts, tokens and cash all need to be reconciled after the event.
How it works
Three steps. No special hardware, no app for your guests.
- 01
Top up once
Cash or card at the cashier – or online on their phone. The balance lives safely in the system, not on the wristband.
- 02
Scan. Done.
At the bar, tap the drinks and scan the wristband. Booked in a second.
- 03
Balance via phone camera
Guests scan their code and see balance and history. No app, no sign-up.
What does taking payments cost you today?
With purs3 each guest pays once when topping up instead of for every drink. Run your own numbers.
6,000 card payments at the bar become 1,000 top-ups.
Assumptions: today guests pay every drink by card; with purs3 each guest tops up once to the amount they spend. Online top-ups via Stripe. Cash top-ups carry no card fee.

For every event
Faster bars, less cash on site
Wristband at the door, top up at the cashier, just scan at the bar. Staff drinks run on their own codes.
Ready in an hour
Volunteers need no training: phone, PIN, scan. Cash stays possible at the cashier, no change at the bar.
One wristband for every stall
Each stall books with its own staff and prices. After the festival purs3 settles every stall – sales minus commission, with receipt and SEPA file.
A terminal only at the cashier
For events at your venue: one top-up point instead of a terminal at every bar, live sales in the dashboard.
One balance for the whole day
Top up once at the entrance or online, then pay at every kiosk, restaurant and stall in the park. Each operator gets its own settlement, and remaining balance is refunded at the cashier or online.
Packed half-time, no queue
Hundreds of cashiers and bars book at the same time; fixed scanners, vending machines and your own POS connect through the API. Over 1,000 bookings per second in load tests, live sales per station.

FAQ
What happens if the network goes down?
Cashier and bar keep booking offline. Devices sync automatically once the network is back. Pending bookings are always visible in the app.
Do we need new devices?
No. The app runs on regular iPhones and Android phones. For card top-ups at the cashier your existing terminal is enough.
What happens to leftover balance?
During the event the cashier pays out leftover balance in cash. Guests can refund online top-ups themselves after the event, within a period you set.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and see their balance in the browser.
How fast can we get started?
Set up event, products and staff in the dashboard in about an hour. Print wristbands yourself or order them from your print shop.
How do festival stalls get paid?
purs3 creates a settlement per stall with sales, commission and receipt. Payouts run via a SEPA file for your bank or via Stripe Connect.
